MiniCub’s is committed to delivering products of the highest quality. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we are here to make it right.
Eligible Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:
- • The product was damaged in transit (unboxing video/photographic evidence required)
- • An incorrect product was delivered (different SKU, model, or colour)
- • The product has a manufacturing defect identified upon first use
Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than those listed above. MiniCub’s reserves the right to assess and determine eligibility for each return request.
Return Request Procedure
To initiate a return, customers must:
- Contact MiniCub’s at minicubsbabyproduct@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide the order number, proof of purchase, and photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage.
- Await confirmation and instructions from our customer care team before returning the product.
Return Conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must:
- Be unused, unassembled (where applicable), and in its original condition
- Be returned in original packaging with all accessories, instruction manuals, and documentation
- Not show signs of misuse, tampering, or accidental damage
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited using the original payment method wherever possible.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
