- Standard Delivery Timeframe: We partner with trusted courier services to deliver your swing car within 5-7 business days in most major Indian cities. Delivery times may vary slightly for more remote locations.
- Shipping Cost Calculation: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode and the package’s weight and dimensions, or it will be free based upon the ongoing offers on the website. We offer transparent pricing with no hidden costs.

- Post-Delivery Issues: If damage is discovered after accepting the package, please contact customer care within 24 hours. Provide a brief description and photos of the damage for prompt resolution.
- Proofs: Please create a video while opening the box to remain transparent and have proof for any existing damage or faults.

Missing Products
- Immediate Action: If you find that your swing car is missing, please contact customer care within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will investigate the matter and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Cancellations
- Pre-Shipment Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your order without penalty before it has been shipped. Contact customer care for immediate cancellation and a full refund.
- Post-Shipment Cancellation: If your order has already shipped, you can refuse delivery. Upon receiving the returned swing car, we’ll process a refund, typically within 7-10 business days. Although logistic charges to and fro will be paid by the customer
